AX9 Security, Inc. is seeking polished, professional Armed Security Officers to join our team at a retail location in Paterson, NJ. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, experienced, and ready to maintain a strong security presence in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule Options:

• Full-time and Part-time
• Flexible across day, evening, and weekend shifts

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high visibility to deter theft, disturbances, and other incidents
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies, alarms, or incidents
• Monitor entrances, exits, and customer traffic flow
• Patrol designated areas on foot to ensure security and safety compliance
• Write detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Enforce company policies and client procedures
• Work in partnership with store staff and management
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• Valid NJ Armed Guard License (SORA and Firearm Permit)
• Minimum 1–2 years of retail security experience REQUIRED
• Professional, polished, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts
• Ability to handle stressful situations and de-escalate conflicts professionally
• Pass background check and drug screening if required
