Job summary

USA DeBusk implements nitrogen solutions and fabrication services across the US and Canada, with operations headquartered in Texas and facilities in OK. The Nitrogen Operator role involves hands-on equipment operation, daily logs, safety adherence, and travel to job sites with company-provided lodging.

You will inspect, operate, and maintain nitrogen pumps and transports, mentor new operators, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience operating a Nitrogen pump.
• Willing to travel Interstate 30-50% of the year.
• Must possess a valid TWIC card.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Must possess a Tanker and Hazmat endorsement.
• No restrictions; able to drive a manual shift truck.
• Must be able to pass hair follicle and urine drug screen.
• Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operates Nitrogen pumps and associated equipment with minimal supervision.
• Operates Nitrogen Transports with minimal supervision.
• Mobilizes equipment by driving Nitrogen pumps and transports to out of town job locations, staying in company provided hotels.
• Conducts pre-job and post-job inspections and testing of the Nitrogen pumps, transports, and any other auxiliary equipment.
• Maintains and performs general upkeep of the Nitrogen units and related equipment.
• Maintains a safe work area or job site by following HSE and SOPs.
• Monitors, inspects, and adjusts all major equipment during operations to ensure proper operation.
• Trains and evaluates new operators on Nitrogen equipment operations and procedures.
• Delegates certain tasks to junior operators during job operation.
• Writes accurate daily logs, pre- and post-job reports, JSA’s and other documentation.
• Participates in JSA's and safety meetings.
• Understands SOPs related to the Nitrogen service line.
• For land-based operations, drives and/or loads DOT-regulated vehicles between states.

We provide nitrogen, fabrication services, and chemical sales to upstream, midstream, and downstream oil & gas markets. Based in Deer Park, TX, we have multiple regional service centers to support customers throughout the United States and Canada and operate a major fabrication facility in Tishomingo, OK.

• Operates Nitrogen Transports with minimal supervision.
• Mobilizes equipment by driving Nitrogen pumps and transports (land operations only), or pickup trucks to out of town job locations, staying in company provided hotels.
• Conducts the pre-job and post-job inspections and testing of the Nitrogen pumps, transports, and any other auxiliary equipment.
• Conducts the maintenance and general upkeep of the Nitrogen units and related equipment.
• Maintains a safe work area or job site by following the company's HSE and Standard Operating Procedures manuals.
• Monitors, inspects, and adjusts all major equipment during operations to ensure the equipment's adequate operation, such adjusting pump and injection rates.
• Trains and evaluates new operators on Nitrogen equipment operations and procedures.
• Delegates certain job tasks to junior operators during job operation.
• Writes accurate daily logs, pre- and post-job reports, JSA's and other documentation as required.
• Actively participates in JSA's and safety meetings.
• Has read and understands the SOPs related to the Nitrogen service line.
• For land-based operations, drive and/or load DOT-regulated vehicles both in-state and between states carrying company property that is used in furtherance of USADebusk's business and which substantially affects safety in intrastate transportation.
• Trains and mentors Nitrogen operators and new employees on all aspects of the Nitrogen service line.
• Utilizes "STOP WORK AUTHORITY".

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess 2 years' experience of operating a Nitrogen pump.
• Must be willing to travel Interstate 30-50% of the year.
• Must possess a valid TWIC card.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Must possess a Tanker and Hazmat endorsement.
• Must have NO RESTRICTIONS! Must be legally capable of driving a manual shift truck.
• Must be capable of passing a hair follicle and urine drug screen.
• Understand and follows verbal and written instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Physically capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long periods of time if necessary.
