Job summary

OPSPro is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to deliver NIST/CMMC compliance implementation, management, and tier 3 support for GovCon and commercial clients. The role involves hands-on oversight of cybersecurity systems, proactive monitoring, and incident investigation across cloud-based and on-prem networks and applications.

You will install, configure, and maintain infrastructure such as firewalls, LAN/WAN, wireless networks, servers, and related office systems, and support and maintain

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in computer systems support, cloud infrastructure setup and network installation.
• Hands-on experience with firewall, VPN, and L3/L4 switch configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Intune, EntraID, Defender ATP and Office 365.
• Knowledge of NIST/CMMC compliance processes.
• Ability to provide remote and in-person technical support and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and provide tier 3 support for NIST/CMMC compliance for GovCon and commercial clients.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
• Install, configure, and maintain cloud-based and on‑premises networks and applications.
• Deploy and support firewalls, LAN/WAN, wireless networks, servers, and office infrastructure.
• Support corporate email and intranet applications.
• Provide remote/in-person support and incident/problem management for end-users.
