Job summary

Lee Nissan of Topsham is hiring Sales Consultants to help customers select vehicles, perform test drives, and guide them through a transparent buying process. The role includes a 2-month paid training program and daily coaching to build product knowledge, communication, and selling skills.

We promote from within with a strong track record of internal advancement and a supportive team culture. Expect a 5-day work week, with 9:00 AM–5:30 PM shifts and Sundays closed.

Two Pay Options:

Guaranteed Annual Salary ($39,000) + Monthly Volume Bonuses (Totaling Up to $70,000)

OR $20/hr + Weekly Customer Satisfaction Bonus
