Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals for the role of Automotive Lube Technician. This fast-paced position requires maintaining efficiency and accuracy while assisting our customers. Successful candidates can expect nearly unlimited earning potential. You will work directly with Service Advisors to address automotive needs and ensure a positive customer experience.

Pay rate: $16 - $18.00 per hour plus incentive pay, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Rotate and balance tires
• Oil and filter changes
• Air and cabin filter replacements
• Handling recalls
• Performing new car inspections
• Conducting general vehicle inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs
• Completing other vehicle servicing tasks

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive shops or dealerships preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional appearance and friendly customer service skills
• Ability to read, interpret, and record data accurately
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs
• Good hand-eye coordination
