Responsibilities

• Perform repairs efficiently following dealership policies.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools for testing components and systems.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate with Service Advisors about additional services needed.
• Estimate repair times and execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of Service Technician experience.
• Must have Nissan or import vehicle experience; Nissan or other import brand certification is a plus.
• ASE Certification required.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills.
• Knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
