Crossroads YMCA in Crown Point, IN, is seeking a part-time Ninja Coach to lead fun, safe classes that develop children's skills through the sport of NinjaZone. This role involves creating lesson plans, supervising classes, and building community connections.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 12 months of experience in gymnastics, karate, or similar training. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Building Ninjas One Skill At A Time: No prior Ninja experience needed.
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Ninja Coach works with children to help identify their potential through NinjaZone sport by providing high-quality instruction and guidance. The Ninja Coach teaches and choreographs fun and safe classes that create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment, and assists in membership development and retention by effectively building community within the class.
