Job summary

Prime Meats is hiring for a night-shift warehouse position. The role requires safe, accurate handling of products and active participation in inventory processes within a refrigerated distribution center.

You will operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks, unload inbound shipments, and prepare orders for dispatch while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. This is a full-time opportunity with room for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift 80–110 lbs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting company standards.
• Unload inbound trailers and containers using pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.
• Receive, count, verify, and record inventory using the Warehouse Management System.
• Move products throughout the distribution center and prepare pick locations for outbound orders.
• Follow all safety policies and promptly report hazards to management.
• Lift up to 110 lbs and work in refrigerated environments from 32°F to -6°F.

Responsibilities:

• Perform warehouse operations safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting company standards.
• Unload inbound trailers and containers manually or by using pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.
• Receive, count, verify, and record inventory accurately using the Warehouse Management System.
• Move products throughout the distribution center, prepare pick locations, and accurately pick, pack, sort, and load outbound orders according to customer specifications.
• Follow all company safety policies and promptly report any hazards to management.
• Perform physical work, including lifting up to 110 lbs and working for extended periods in refrigerated environments ranging from 32°F to -6°F.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with basic math and reading skills.*
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently squat and kneel, and lift 80–110 lbs as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete the E-Verify employment verification process.
