Job summary

Prime Meats LLC is hiring for a Night Shift warehouse position to perform safe, accurate, and efficient distribution center operations. Responsibilities include unloading trailers, inventory control, order picking, packing, and loading according to customer specs.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand/walk, lift 80–110 lbs as needed, and prior warehouse experience preferred. A bilingual English/Spanish preference is noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to pass E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting company standards.
• Unload inbound trailers and containers using pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.
• Receive, count, verify, and record inventory using the Warehouse Management System.
• Move products throughout the distribution center and prepare pick locations for outbound orders.
• Follow all safety policies and report hazards promptly.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments (32°F to -6°F).

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting company standards.*


• Unload inbound trailers and containers manually or by using pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.


• Receive, count, verify, and record inventory accurately using the Warehouse Management System.


• Move products throughout the distribution center, prepare pick locations, and accurately pick, pack, sort, and load outbound orders according to customer specifications.


• Follow all company safety policies and promptly report any hazards to management.


• Perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working for extended periods in refrigerated environments ranging from 32°F to -6°F.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with basic math and reading skills.*


• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.


• Some positions require operating a forklift to retrieve products stored up to 35 feet high.


• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently squat and kneel, and lift 80–110 lbs as needed.


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.


• Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete the E-Verify employment verification process.
