Job summary

Allegiance Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates/Packers for our client in Asheboro. This entry-level role offers a path to full-time employment, with 12-hour rotating shifts from 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM and weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must successfully pass required background and drug screenings.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Inspect molded parts to ensure they meet established quality standards.
Package finished products according to control plan specifications.
Perform secondary operations including removing parts from molds, trimming, decorating, and assembly.
Complete and document in-process quality inspections.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
