Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent work experience
• Preferred: 3 months forklift/power equipment experience
• Preferred: 6 months warehouse stock handling experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves
• Verify deliveries and prepare docks using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment following proper hazardous materials procedures
• Operate store equipment (scanners, Zebra phones, balers) as needed
• Collaborate with teammates to complete other assigned tasks
