Job summary

The Coca‑Cola Company in Auburndale, FL is seeking a Safety, Environmental and Security (SES) Manager to lead safety, environmental compliance, and security programs across the facility, ensuring regulatory alignment and sustainability objectives. You will drive hazard assessments, support ISO 14001, oversee wastewater strategies, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a hands‑on role requiring collaboration with operations and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, occupational safety, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in safety/environmental/operational compliance in manufacturing with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven expertise in health and safety regulatory frameworks, environmental compliance, and sustainability in large industrial operations.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and OSHA VPP with ability to implement site certification programs.
• Strong technical knowledge in wastewater treatment, industrial hygiene, and Process Safety Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain safety, health, environmental, and sustainability programs across the facility.
• Facilitate hazard and risk assessments, including FMEA and environmental impact evaluations.
• Support ISO 14001 and other standards to drive compliance readiness.
• Manage wastewater quality strategies and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Lead Process Safety Management practices and engage cross-functional teams.
• Deliver training programs including onboarding and refreshers.
• Coordinate audits and track corrective actions with facility leaders.
• Oversee emergency response preparedness and crisis coordination.
• Monitor safety and sustainability metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage employees in open communication and culture-building activities.
• Collaborate with local agencies and industry organizations on regulations and trends.
