Job summary

Middle Flint Health & Wellness is seeking a Registered Nurse to work the night shift in the Crisis Stabilization Unit located in Warner Robins, GA. The RN will act as Charge Nurse, providing nursing care within a 24‑hour CSU and coordinating with LPNs and paraprofessionals on shift.

The role requires an Associate degree in Nursing and current GA RN licensure, with a valid GA driver's license and computer literacy. Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred, with 2+ years in Behavioral Health desirable.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia Driver’s License.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Registered Nurse/Charge nurse in the crisis stabilization unit.
• Provide nursing care to individuals in the 24‑hour CSU as part of the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Supervise LPN and paraprofessionals on each shift.
• Maintain admissions and discharges and conduct therapeutic groups.
