Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking entry level Team Members in Texas to support overnight operations, product receiving, and floor maintenance. You will help prep, stock shelves, and maintain back stock while delivering friendly service to customers and Team Members. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

No prior retail experience is required. The wage range is $15.00-$24.40 per hour, commensurate with experience, with benefits available to eligible Team

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products in the department.
• Ability to visually inspect products for quality and freshness.
• Ability to perform simple math operations for pricing and counts.
• Strong to excellent communication and willingness to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Check product quality against standards.
• Sort and scan waste accurately.
• Maintain shelves, bins, and prep areas.
• Receive product and report miss-picks to leadership.
• Assist with overnight deliveries and back stock organization.
• Provide courteous, prompt customer service to shoppers and Team Members.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work and customer areas.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Report safety hazards and follow SOPs.
