Job summary

Giant Eagle, Inc. is seeking a Team Member to help replenish shelves, rotate stock, and keep the store clean while delivering friendly service. You’ll build product knowledge to assist guests in locating items and offering helpful recommendations.

In this role you’ll handle stocking tasks, maintain safe, organized backrooms, and support ongoing replenishment with urgency and professionalism. Previous retail experience not required; must be at least 18.

Qualifications

• 0–6 months experience required
• No High School diploma required
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Replenish shelves and displays from deliveries and backroom in a timely and organized manner
• Rotate stock and follow proper dating procedures to ensure freshness and safety
• Maintain backroom, floor, and cooler areas clean and organized for efficient replenishment
• Identify out-of-stock conditions and report to Lead promptly to address gaps
• Develop product knowledge to assist guests in locating items and offering recommendations
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service in every interaction
