Job summary

Holler Driver's Mart in Burlington, NC seeks an Automotive Nighttime Parts Specialist to assist customers with parts selection and order fulfillment. You will handle retail and wholesale parts needs at the counter, including phone inquiries, and provide accurate inventory support for technicians and customers.

This full-time position requires knowledge of automotive repair, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance is required.
• Two years of experience as a technician’s helper or in an auto dealership or parts store.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and the ability to pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously at the counter.
• Assist with customer requests and ensure proper parts selection.
• Recommend related parts and deliver to the counter.
• Maintain and update inventory and price books.
• Assist with annual inventory and ensure proper paperwork.
• Maintain a clean work area and professional appearance.
