Holler Hyundai in Winter Park, FL is seeking an Automotive Nighttime Parts Specialist to handle retail and wholesale parts needs at the counter, including phone inquiries. The role requires assisting technicians and customers with accurate parts selection and prompt service.

You will maintain inventory, work with the Parts Manager, and ensure proper documentation. The position offers full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities to advance within a long-standing Florida dealer group.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Two years of experience as a technician’s helper or apprentice in an auto dealership or parts store
• Good judgment
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Acceptable background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously at the counter
• Handle customer requests and ensure proper parts selection
• Recommend related parts while at the counter as appropriate
• Deliver parts to customers at the counter
• Maintain a customer back-order file
• Advise on back-ordered parts on receipt
• Maintain inventory and knowledge of parts catalog and price book
• Accurately handle costing of parts on repair orders
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time
• Assist with annual inventory and store parts appropriately
• Maintain a clean work area and organize stock
