Job summary

Shorewood Behavioral Health in Madison, WI is seeking Registered Nurses for a BRAND NEW 120-bed behavioral health hospital. Nights: 7:00pm–7:00am.

You will provide nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies, prioritizing patient safety and compassionate care. Responsibilities include monitoring health, administering basic care, documenting progress, and coordinating with the care team to meet biopsychosocial needs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN license required by state.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care.
• Document patient progress and responses accurately.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet patient needs and safety requirements.
• Provide for the safe delivery of medications and supportive care.
• Communicate therapeutically with patients, families, and staff.
• Perform additional nursing duties as assigned.
