Job summary

Pilgrim’s Arcadia, WI is seeking a Live Receiving Process Lead – Nights to supervise a shift in our food processing facility. You will guide team members, ensure safety, quality and yield, and coordinate resources to meet daily production goals.

This role offers career growth within the company. The base rate is $24.30/hour with a $1.50 shift differential, or $28.49/hour with CDL eligibility.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of production operations.
• Ability to read and write English (for record keeping purposes).
• Able to perform all essential duties and follow directions.
• Working knowledge of supervisory management practices and principles.
• Able to communicate effectively to maintain teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and work direction to supervised team members.
• Direct and monitor operations; plan and implement process improvements.
• Schedule people, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Enforce safety, quality, and company policies; issue coaching when needed.
• Monitor time and attendance and prepare performance appraisals.
• Support training programs and participate in safety audits.
• Perform quality checks and coordinate startup preparations.
