Faena Hotel Miami Beach seeks an accomplished Nightlife Manager to lead The Living Room, Tree of Life, and Saxony Bar. You will drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance across multiple venues while shaping an elevated, immersive nightlife experience.

You will manage beverage programs, lead a diverse team, and collaborate with culinary, entertainment, and guest services to deliver sophisticated, personalized service in a high-energy, luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive F&B leadership in luxury hospitality.
• Experience leading beverage and nightlife operations with guest experience and cost controls.
• Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, champagne, and beverage service.
• Experience managing live entertainment, nightlife programming, VIP clientele, and events.
• Strong business and financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of The Living Room, Tree of Life, and Saxony Bar, ensuring brand and safety standards.
• Lead and coach nightlife team, including floor supervisors and leadership staff.
• Manage beverage program, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls.
• Monitor guest experience, reservations, VIPs, and programming to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with multiple hotel departments to ensure seamless venue operations.
• Develop and implement SOPs, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
