Compass Group USA is seeking a Nightclub Steward at T-Mobile Arena to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area during events. Responsibilities include dishwashing, sanitation, station setup and breakdown, and supporting team members for a smooth guest experience.

The role requires punctuality, the ability to work nights and weekends on event basis, and good English communication. SNHD Health Card and physical stamina are essential for daily operations.

• Be punctual, reliable and available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays on event basis.
• Adapt quickly to fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Demonstrate physical stamina and agility to be mobile for long periods and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required work cards including SNHD Health Card.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English in written and oral form.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and bend.

Summary: The Steward is responsible for maintaining a clean work area at all times at his assigned location. The Steward cleans all areas of the facility, understands basic tasks with a sense of urgency in order to provide friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Adheres to location appearance guidelines.
• Acts with a sense of urgency and provide friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests.
• Adheres to Levy Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook.
• Employs good safety and sanitation.
• Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities.
• Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers.
• Always on time and ready to perform all required duties.
• Helps fellow team members whenever necessary.
• Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedure.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Helps load and unload supplies and product.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
