Qualifications

• Minimum one year cocktail service experience in a high-volume cash-handling setting.
• Ability to stand and move for long periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must obtain SNHD Health Card, ServSafe Alcohol Card, and Non-Gaming Card.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver orders accurately with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Deliver and store all food and beverages properly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including beer, wine, and spirits.
• Follow setup and breakdown processes.
• Establish rapport with guests and utilize upselling techniques.
• Adhere to appearance guidelines and safety policies.
