Job summary

Rite of Passage Daytona Juvenile Residential Facility in Daytona Beach, Florida is seeking a Night Youth Care Worker to ensure safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program.

You will monitor and document student behaviors, support educational, social, athletic and recreational activities, and work with staff to meet each student’s treatment goals. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, along with a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21+ years old.
• At least 1 year of equivalent experience.
• Valid State Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Night Youth Care Worker at Daytona Juvenile Residential Facility in Daytona Beach, Florida

We are located just 15 Minutes away from both the Daytona Speedway and the famous Daytona Beach. If you are working our schedule of 4 days on and 3 days off, you will have time to enjoy that famous beach.

Compensation starts at: $19

Rite of Passage is offering a $1,000 Training Incentive Bonus after 90 Days.

What you will do

As a Night Youth Care Worker, you will provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. You will monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities, and work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment.

To be considered you should

Have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 21 years of age, have at least 1 year of equivalent experience, possess a current State Driver’s license and have acceptable driving for the past three years, and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Schedule / Hours / Shifts

Three and a half on/Three and a half off 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 3 nights/ Wednesdays half night. Sun-Wed. or Wed.-Sat
