Paycom is seeking an experienced yard driver to position trailers at DC docks and shuttle loads for OT routes. You will safely maneuver a yard tractor, spot trailers to proper doors, inspect equipment, and report any damages.

The role requires English literacy, a CDL may be required at some terminals, and you must be able to work nights and weekends when needed. You will maintain a clean yard, communicate via two-way radio, and collaborate with customer representatives to ensure timely, accurate

Formación

• Two years or more experience operating tractor trailers, including spotting trailers in congested areas.
• Must read and write in English.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Position trailers at distribution center docks and shuttle loaded trailers to pick-up locations.
• Operate yard tractor to move empty and loaded trailers safely.
• Inspect equipment and report damages; complete work completion and damage reports.
