Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, outcome oriented nursing care using the nursing process.
• Document and plan care, and communicate with patient/family and care team.
• Ensure medication administration, reconciliation, and narcotics handling per policy.
• Support safety, quality improvement, and patient-centered care initiatives.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and discharge planning.
