Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience.
• Current required nursing certifications.
• Ability to complete credentialing, background screening, and onboarding requirements.
• Ability to work 8-hour night and weekend shifts.
• Maintain a 40-hour-per-week schedule.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care to patients.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions and document changes appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and established procedures.
• Develop, implement, and update patient care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient responses to treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Follow established infection-control, patient-safety, and clinical procedures.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare privacy requirements.
• Perform other nursing duties within the RN scope of practice as required.
