Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities during weekend shifts.
• Provide direct patient care as needed, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
• Monitor patient care quality and safety, addressing any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication and patient care planning.

Shift Availability

• Saturday and Sunday 7am-3:30pm or possibly 7a-7p if preferred.
• Shift could include some hours through the week if the candidate would prefer full-time hours.
• PRN hours could be considered if candidate is not available every weekend.
