Job summary

Hy-Vee Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Delivery Driver to bring prescriptions directly to customers' homes. You will represent Hy-Vee with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring safe and timely deliveries while maintaining privacy and courtesy.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile, learning their names, and making every interaction a positive one.
Deliver pharmacy customers' prescriptions to specified locations in a timely and professional manner.
Enter and exit the delivery vehicle multiple times per shift, navigate staircases and varying terrain to reach delivery destinations.
Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle inside and out.
Facilitate the maintenance and upkeep of delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
Maintain the confidentiality of customers' private medical information in accordance with HIPAA.
Work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
Assist in other areas of the store as needed and take on special projects as assigned.
Maintain strict adherence to personal hygiene, dress standards, and all Hy-Vee policies and store guidelines.
Report to work when scheduled and on time.
