• Cleans designated surface areas of the kitchen including countertops, walls, mats, and floors.
• Removes garbage and grease from kitchen areas.
• Carries supplies into appropriate areas and stocks supplies as needed.
• Assists cook with kitchen responsibilities as requested.
• Must be available nights and weekends.
