No prior experience required; we train you. You’ll learn order taking, cash handling, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time role with evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for cash handling and making change.
• Clear, friendly communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders at the counter.
• Prepare and replenish coffee shop products during the shift.
• Operate the department register and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, stocked coffee shop area and follow safety standards.
• Assist teammates to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Adhere to Hy-Vee dress code and policies.
