Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Warehouse Trainee in Amarillo, TX to learn warehousing operations through formal training and on-the-job experience.

You will learn to operate mid-rider pallet jacks and forklifts, with repetitive lifting up to 90 pounds and long periods of standing. Qualifications include reading product lists, safe operation of material handling equipment, being 18+, passing a drug screen and physical exam, and possessing a high school diploma or GED.

The Warehouse Trainee position is an entry level position. The Warehouse Trainee will learn aspects of warehousing through formal training and/or on the job experience. The trainee will learn to operate material handling equipment such as mid‑rider pallet jacks and forklifts. This position involves repetitive lifting up to 90 pounds and long periods of standing. The trainee must be able to learn the use of electronic technology and must be able to read.
