Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate Team Lead for the Clayton Distribution Center in Clayton, OH. The role supports the PSLD in leading a team, coordinating workflow, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Third shift schedule and overtime may apply. English proficiency is required. Responsibilities include operating equipment, leading team meetings, coordinating with customers and carriers, and driving safety and process improvements across the warehouse.
