UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. You will set high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service, while fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.

Responsibilities include training, resource management, and ongoing development plans for staff, ensuring policy compliance and continual improvement across departments.

Formación

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
