Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the filling, loading, and checking of product orders for retail customers by managing team members.
• Train new team associates and ensure understanding of policies and service guidelines.
• Ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of orders to retail customers.
• Coach and guide team associates on performance and productivity metrics.
• Participate in recruitment and evening scheduling for warehouse operations.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in daily operations.
