Qualifications

• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups for safety, productivity and attendance.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and collaboration.
• Implement employee development plans to support growth.
• Ensure safety training, orientation, and ongoing coaching for staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
