Mike Hudson Dist is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate operations under the Manager/Director. You will drive performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability with effective methods and strategies.

The role oversees warehousing, forecasting, materials control, and timely delivery to customers, ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards across the organization. A strong leadership background with P&L responsibility is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required; in lieu of degree, minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Minimum five years related experience in a high level management position with P&L responsibility.
• Produce and/or food distribution experience required.
• Working knowledge of USDA & FDA compliance.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor, under the supervision of the Manager and/or Director, plans, directs and coordinates the operations of the organization. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

What you’ll do

• Oversees the activities of all functions involved in the planning, warehousing and control of materials -- from the development of forecasted replenishment needs to the delivery of the product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to customers
• Maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to procurement, including USDA and FDA regulations
• Participates in existing and new product planning processes to ensure timely acquisition of materials to support product launches
