Katzman is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Burlington, NJ for the open environment warehouse. Second shift, full-time, with benefits. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality standards while coordinating with sales to meet customer delivery needs.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise warehouse activities, manage timelines of scheduled deliveries, and lead a team to execute all tasks and fulfil customer orders.
• Coach, guide and participate in training and evaluation of assigned staff; provide helpful feedback concerning the achievement of personal and team goals
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed with a sense of urgency following proper guidelines and standards
• Maintain product knowledge and respective storage temperatures for each commodity; educate your team to do the same
• Apply food safety standards and quality control to everything we do
• Actively maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed and take immediate action to correct any unsafe situation
• Communicate effectively with customers and assist in solving problems
• Collaborate with sales team to understand customer needs and specific requirements, and customize delivery needs accordingly
• Make suggestions for productivity improvements to optimize workflow
• Collaborate with immediate and cross-functional team members

Required Qualifications

Environment: This is an open environment warehouse position. Must be able to work in various temperatures.

Pay: $66,000 - $73,000 per year.
