Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid forklift certification.
• 1-3 years of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing/warehousing environment is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and all food safety/quality requirements under SQF/BRC.
• Operate forklifts and maintain safe driving practices.
• Review production sheets to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Accurately pick customer orders using pick-tickets and RF scanners.
• Load and unload transport vehicles, ensuring secure product placement.
• Maintain forklift equipment and perform daily inspections.
• Document all shipping and receiving activities thoroughly.
• Follow FIFO procedures for inventory control.
• Adhere to company MRP system policies and inventory controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Support other warehouse or production-related duties as assigned.
