Job summary

Mr. Greens Produce Inc is seeking dedicated Night Warehouse Selectors to join our operations team in a fast-paced, multi-temperature warehouse environment. You will pick full-case grocery items, build pallets, and stage orders for delivery using pallet jacks and voice pick systems.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to food safety standards. Evening and overnight shifts, weekend and holiday availability are required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, order selecting, pallet jack, or forklift experience preferred.
• Experience in food distribution or refrigerated warehouses preferred.
• Ability to read and understand order selection documents and warehouse instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be available to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select customer orders using pick sheets, voice pick systems, or warehouse management technology.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Build, stack, and wrap pallets securely for safe transportation.
• Verify product quantities, item descriptions, and quality standards.
• Load and stage pallets in designated shipping areas.
• Work in multi-temperature environments including refrigerated and freezer areas.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and quality control procedures.
• Report damaged equipment, safety concerns, and inventory discrepancies to management.
