Mr. Greens is seeking Night Warehouse Selectors to join our operations team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, building, and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse with multi-temperature zones.

Pallet jacks and voice-pick technology are used to assemble pallets and stage orders for delivery. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of warehouse or order selecting experience, the ability to read order documents, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

With deliveries 365 days a year, 7 days a week, and multiple runs daily, Mr. Greens has established the gold standard in service and reliability. We serve a diverse customer base including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores, and retail outlets.Position SummaryMr. Greens is seeking highly motivated and dependable Night Warehouse Selectors to join our operations team. This position is responsible for accurately selecting, building, and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Selectors use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to pick full-case grocery, frozen, and perishable products, build pallets according to company standards, and stage orders for delivery.Success in this role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, productivity, accuracy, and a commitment to workplace safety and food safety standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccurately select customer orders using pick sheets, voice pick systems, or warehouse management technology.Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.Build, stack, and wrap pallets securely to ensure safe transportation.Verify product quantities, item descriptions, and quality standards.Load and stage pallets in designated shipping areas.Work in multi-temperature environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas.Break down and restack products as required.Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.Remove debris, damaged packaging, broken pallets, and other hazards from work areas.Follow all company safety, food safety, and quality control procedures.Report damaged equipment, safety concerns, and inventory discrepancies to management immediately.Assist with inventory counts and warehouse projects as assigned.Perform other duties as assigned by management.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Minimum two (2) years of warehouse, order selecting, pallet jack, or forklift experience preferred.Experience working within food distribution or refrigerated warehouse environments preferred.Ability to read and understand order selection documents and warehouse instructions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Reliable attendance and punctuality required.Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.Must be available to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.Physical Requirements and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
