FoodPRO is seeking a full-time Night Selector to work in our Frederick, MD warehouse. You will pick orders with RF scanning, build pallets, and load trucks for next-day deliveries. The role offers incentive pay averaging $25/hr; training pay is $20/hr.

Pre-employment background checks and drug screens are required. Ideal candidates will have forklift experience, warehouse work history, and the ability to lift 75+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Must be able to lift 75+ pounds and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Select orders accurately using an electric pallet jack.
• Build pallets for next-day deliveries.
• Stack pallets safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily targets.
• Maintain per-hour piece count with low error rate.
