Job summary

US Foods is hiring for a warehouse team member in Houston, TX. The role focuses on safe order picking, pallet building, and pallet-jack operation to support timely deliveries. Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, read labels, and enter information on reports.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday.
• Recent experience in heavy physical work or highly physical activity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely select customer orders and build/ wrap pallets to weekly standards.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate an electric pallet jack.
• Move products from racks to pallets; verify correct items and damage-free condition.
• Deliver pallets to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap orders for transport.
• Keep aisles clear, return pallet jacks to charging area, and assist with general warehouse duties.
