Job summary

US Foods is hiring for a Warehouse Team Member in Houston to safely pick customer orders and build palletized loads. You will operate order selecting software and drive electric pallet jacks while meeting productivity standards.

Responsibilities include pre-shift checks, accurate selection, and delivering to docks with proper wrapping. This role requires physical endurance and the ability to work a Sunday–Thursday night schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must read and communicate in English to attend trainings and enter information.
• Recent experience in high endurance or very physical activity preferred.
• Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20–80 lbs and move 1,000+ cases per shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders.
• Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity standards.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate equipment safely.
• Move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Deliver orders to the correct dock area and shrink wrap pallets.
• Team up to clear aisles and return pallet jacks to charging area.
