Job summary

US Foods in Swedesboro, NJ is hiring Warehouse Team Members to safely pick customer orders and build pallets for weekly shipping. Night shifts run 6:00 pm until finish, Sunday through Thursday, with pay starting at $34.29 per hour and rising to $38.10 after 90 days.

You'll perform pre-shift checks, operate an electric pallet jack, and verify correct items are selected and undamaged. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings and safety coaching
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, Sundays to Thursdays, with occasional weekends/holidays
• Recent experience in physically demanding roles is preferred
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or DC environment preferred
• Experience operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders and build pallets
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate an electric pallet jack
• Move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software and equipment
• Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage free
• Deliver palletized orders to the correct dock and shrink wrap as needed
• Team up to clear aisles and return pallet jacks after use
