Job summary

US Foods in St. Louis, MO is hiring a Night Warehouse Selector to safely and efficiently pick customer orders during a fast-paced shift. You will build and wrap pallets, verify product accuracy, and use order selecting software to ensure on-time fulfillment.

The role includes pre-shift checks and operating motorized pallet jacks in a multi-temperature environment. The position offers a starting pay of $21.50 per hour with incentives, hourly averaging around $27.50, and benefits such as health

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, and enter information on reports.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, Sundays through Fridays with occasional weekends/holidays.
• Recent experience in high endurance or highly physical activity roles preferred.
• Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Selecting: Safely and accurately select customer orders and verify correctness.
• Palletizing: Construct and wrap pallets to meet productivity standards.
• Operation: Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and operate pallet jacks safely.
• Fulfillment: Transfer products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Staging: Move pallets to dock area and shrink-wrap as needed.
• Collaborate: Maintain clean, safe aisles and return equipment to charging area.
• Adaptability: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
