US Foods in Fife, WA seeks a Night Warehouse Selector to join our fast-paced distribution team. You will safely and efficiently select customer orders, palletize and wrap pallets, and use order selecting software to ensure accuracy.

This full-time role requires 8+ hour night shifts (Sunday–Thursday), physical endurance, and the ability to operate electric pallet jacks in a multi-temperature warehouse environment. Compensation starts around $33.40/hour, depending on experience and location.

Your primary responsibility will be to safely and efficiently select and prepare customer orders, ensuring that all products are accurately selected and palletized in a timely manner.Key ResponsibilitiesSelecting: Safely and accurately select customer orders, confirming that selected products are correct and undamaged.Palletizing: Construct and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards.Operation: Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate electric pallet jacks.Fulfillment: Transfer products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.Staging: Transport products to the designated dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.Collaborate: Work with the team to maintain clean and safe aisles and return equipment to the charging area.Adaptability: All other duties assigned by management.Physical RequirementsComfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from less than 0 degrees to over 100 degrees required.Lift, carry, push, pull, and lower 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift required.Continuously stand, grasp objects & manipulate objects; occasionally sit; frequently walk, drive pallet jack, climb/balance, stoop/squat, kneel/bend, bend, reach above shoulder, twist, & use manual dexterity.QualificationsMust be able to read and communicate in the English language such as to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports if needed.Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday.
