Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Florida is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to pick, load, and ship orders for next-day delivery. You will build dock-route orders, load trucks per a plan, and operate a variety of warehouse equipment with daily safety checks.

The role emphasizes safe handling of beverage alcohol and adherence to company values, with full benefits after 30 days and a 4-night work week starting at 5pm. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions; good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment and Loading
• Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line
• Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics
• Operate and inspect warehouse equipment; report deficiencies
• Move product using material handling equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack, reach truck, etc.)
• Ensure safety and compliance; maintain clean, safe work area
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
