Job summary

Columbia Distributing in Bend, OR is seeking Night Warehouse Associates to accurately pick and prepare customer orders for the delivery team. You will work with a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment to meet daily goals.

Primary duties include using an electric pallet jack, shipping and picking-to-pallet, and upholding safety and productivity standards while supporting ongoing tasks and company values.

Qualifications

Job description

Night Warehouse Associates play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for picking and preparing customer orders accurately for our delivery team. Working as a team is a critical part of this position's success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and/other provided technology
• Perform all duties related to shipping and picking picking-to-pallet of products
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team-oriented behavior with co-workers, supervisors, managers consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Minimum of 18 years of age

Preferred Education and Experience

• Experience in a warehouse, with logistics or material handling
• Experience using a Pallet Jack
• High school diploma or GED

Compensation

• Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
