Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Groveport, OH team. You will receive, pick, pack, and ship orders, and help maintain a safe, clean work environment on a Monday-Thursday night shift. No prior warehouse experience required; full training is provided.

You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights. You will operate material handling equipment as needed and learn multiple warehouse areas to support timely fulfillment and strong quality.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required; training provided on day one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participation in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Willingness to train and certify operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, order picker).
