Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Beverage Company of Massachusetts and Rhode Island is seeking a warehouse associate to support inventory handling and loading onto delivery trucks. The role offers a $24.50/hour wage and a 4-day work week (Mon–Thu), with OT hours as required and nightly 7:00 PM reporting.

Eligible to join Local Teamsters Union 653. Responsibilities include forklift-assisted loading, reading orders, stock placement, and maintaining a safe, accessible warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or relative work experience.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks using forklift, picker, two-wheeler or hand jack.
• Read customer orders from computer route sheet for items to be moved, gathered, and/or shipped.
• Sort and place bottles, cases or kegs on pallets, shelves, or bins by size, type, style, color, route, or code.
• Fill stock request items and deliver to shipping or to designated storage or picking areas.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe.
• Work in the bottle room, picking individual bottles.
• Requires work with others in a group or team.
